Winter Gardens 2020

The Winter Gardens extension and Introduction of a new Convention Centre is ongoing and not scheduled for completion until late Spring 2020. The complexities of adding a new state of the art complex, to a Victorian Entertainment Complex has provided it’s fair share of challenges but is now well on it’s way to being finished. We look forward to it’s completion later in the year and it’s new rooms and facilities will be incorporated into the 2021 Convention.

Registration will be in the same place as in previous years – the foyer of the Winter Gardens, accessible from the main entrance in St Johns Square. The final layout of the Registration area is being completed but we can confirm the following:

From the main entrance there will be 2 queues, one for all pre registered attendees and one for on the day sales, VIP Gold Card Holders, Artistes and guests of BMC. All queues and areas will be clearly marked and signposted from the main entrance.

The revamped Registration area is being designed to speed up entry into the Convention for attendees, and reduce waiting to a minimum. Please note that enquiries and queries will be dealt with at the Registration desk, but at very busy times there maybe a short wait. We would ask that you bear with us when we are busy or, if possible, email us in advance and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.

GROUP BOOKINGS: If you have booked as a group of 10 or more, we can arrange for the Group Organiser to collect all Registrations (all ID’s most be produced at the time of collection). Please note that this facility is for groups of 10 or more who made their original bookings together and we cannot collate individual bookings into groups. Group collection points will be arranged on an individual basis. To request a group registration collection, please email your request to:

DEALERS: All dealer registrations will be handled by the Dealer Officer and his team, from the Dealers hall only – via the Adelaide St entrance and during set up – final details to Dealers will be advised by the Dealer Officer soon.

Collection of your registrations will be at the BMC Hub, located within the top right hand corner of the Winter Gardens foyer.

For the first time, day registrations will be available to book online for a limited period from January 31st – February 9th. They will also be available for sale each day from the Registration desk and will grant access to Convention daytime events for the day purchased. Prices are £50 per adult per day and £30 per junior per day and include access to the Dealers Hall, daytime lectures and special events (excludes evening shows).
